1. Who we are
Hope Diagnostics operates diagnostic centers at Baddi, Nalagarh, Pinjore and Nohar (run by Medirad Associates, Hope Diagnostics — Nalagarh partnership, and Unihope Pvt Ltd). This policy applies to information collected through our centers, website and communications.
2. What we collect
We collect the minimum needed to provide diagnostic services: your name, age, contact details (phone, WhatsApp), the prescription or test request from your doctor, health information relevant to your tests (including pregnancy status where relevant), and billing information. When you use the appointment form on this website, we receive the details you submit.
3. Why we collect it
To perform the tests you request, report them accurately, share reports with you and your referring doctor, maintain legally required records (including PCPNDT registers where applicable), and communicate about appointments and results. We do not sell your data to anyone.
4. Sharing
Your reports are shared with: you, your referring doctor (as you direct), and authorities only where Indian law requires (e.g., statutory registers, court orders). We never share your health information for marketing.
5. Storage & retention
Medical records are retained as required by applicable Indian law: PCPNDT records as prescribed under the Act and Rules, radiology images for 5 years, pathology reports for 5 years, and appointment enquiries for 12 months. Digital records are access-controlled. Reports shared over WhatsApp are sent only to the number you provide.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of your reports at any time, ask for corrections to your details, or ask how your data is used. Contact us at +91 89504 54111 (WhatsApp available) and we will respond promptly.
7. Website data
This website does not use advertising trackers. Google Maps embeds and font loading may make standard connection requests; we do not set tracking cookies for advertising. The appointment form opens WhatsApp with your message — the content is visible only to you and our reception team.
8. Communication over WhatsApp
WhatsApp is a third-party service with its own privacy policy. By providing your number you consent to receiving appointment-related messages and reports over WhatsApp; you may opt for collection in person instead.
9. Children's data
For children under 18, we collect data only with verifiable parental consent, and we never use children's data for advertising.
10. Grievance officer
