1. The website
This website is published by Unihope Pvt Ltd on behalf of the Hope Diagnostics centres listed below. Your contract for any test is with the entity operating the centre where the test is performed. Content is provided in good faith but may change without notice; the definitive information about any test — price, timing, preparation — is confirmed by phone or WhatsApp at +91 89504 54111.
2. Appointments
Booking via the website form, phone or WhatsApp creates a request; your appointment is confirmed when our team confirms it. Please arrive with your prescription and follow the preparation instructions we give you. Late arrivals may be accommodated at the next available slot.
3. Reports
Reports are provided for medical purposes and should be discussed with your doctor. We share reports with you and, on request, with your referring doctor. Reports are not a substitute for clinical consultation.
4. Payments, cancellation and refunds
Test charges are payable at the centre. Prices shown on this site are indicative and may change; the amount quoted at booking or billing prevails. Cancellation: please inform us at least 2 hours before your slot. If a test cannot be completed for a medical reason found on arrival, you will not be charged for it. Prepaid packages are refundable on request if unused.
5. Liability
We exercise professional care in performing tests and reporting. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the service concerned. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of information on this website without medical consultation.
6. Intellectual property
All content, logos and images on this website belong to the Hope Diagnostics group and may not be reused without permission.
7. WhatsApp
Messages sent to us on WhatsApp are used to arrange your test. They are not a consultation and no diagnosis or treatment advice is given over WhatsApp.
8. Governing law
